Tracy Bosscher
I have approximately 30 years of experience in the RV industry, having started as a receptionist for Alumax Building Products in 1989 to becoming a principal owner of Genesis Products in 2002. I’ve been a part of growing multiple start-ups over the years and launched Gideon Sales in 2021. My passion is my career, the customers I serve and the friendships I’ve made in my sales roles for many companies over the years. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with Eric because of our shared values and Gideon Sales is our platform to put those values into action.
Eric Brouwer
I joined Gideon Sales in January of 2022 as a principal owner, having spent the last 12 years as a sales lead at Challenger Door. At Challenger I was part of a team of five, which included Tracy, that grew the company from 25 million to 80 million in sales during my tenure. In the past 34 years I have used every opportunity to learn all aspects of business from plant manager for Universal Forest Products to engineering for Banks Lumber to purchasing for a trailer manufacturer and as part of management teams for multiple companies, all of which brings full circle a complete understanding of the customer’s needs.
